PURPOSE:A seasoning aqueous solution is injected into peanuts with shells through the shells to season the nut seeds effectively as they are kept in their shells, thus preventing the deterioration of the product for a long period of time. CONSTITUTION:Peanuts with shells, immediately after harvesting, are boiled in such a short time as nut seeds may not be steamed completely, then, immediately washed with water to remove harshness and sterilized. Then, the water sticking to shells are removed by centrifugation or drying and a seasoning solution 4 is injected through the shell into the space between the inner shell wall 3 and the seeds 5 with the injector 1. Then, they are packed and boiled under pressure to effect the complete steaming of seeds and sterilization. |
