PURPOSE:To form a conductor pattern with high accuracy and to eliminate the variation in the magnetic line of force, by forming the conductor pattern to serve as a coil through the insulating layer on the surface of magnetic core blanks. CONSTITUTION:Insulating layers 4 are formed on the outside circumferential surfaces of magnetic core halves 1, 2, and spiral conductor patterns 5 constituting coils are formed on the layers 4. The patterns 5 are formed by removing the front and rear butt surfaces of the core halves 1, 2, forming the insulating layers, then forming copper or an aluminum alloy as thin films on the surfaces thereof by vapor deposition or the like and etching the thin films. A pair of the right and left core halves 1, 2, formed with the patterns 5 are adhered to one body through a shim 3 forming a gap. The patterns 5 on the preceding end side of the core halves are connected by means of jumper wires 6, and lead wires 7, 8 are connected to the succeeding end side. |
