摘要 PURPOSE:To change the ratios in the flow rates of releasing water in the central part and both right and left end parts at any time by holding headers juxtaposed with plural laminar flow nozzles freely movably upward or downward by means of actuators, and tilting the headers to an optional angle. CONSTITUTION:Headers juxtaposed with plural laminar flow nozzles 5 in a longitudinal direction are held freely movably upward or downward by means of actuators 6. The headers 4 are tilted around the pins of pivotal supporting brackets 8 by the operation of the actuators 6, whereby the ratios in the distributions of the flow rates of the water released from the respective nozzles 5 are changed as desired. Thus, even if there are gradients in the initial temp. in the transverse direction of the plates 3, the end temp. of cooling is made uniform simultaneously; therefore, the cooled steel plate 3 having uniform texture is obtained.
