PURPOSE:To perform horizontal movement with less-friction without excessive play, by arranging links in front of and behind an arm base and a carrier, and coupling the arm base with the carrier in a horizontally movable state. CONSTITUTION:The arm base 7 is held in a horizontally movable state on the carrier 9 through the links 8a and 8b, and driven electromagnetically by the 1st driving mechanism P consisting of the 1st yoke 11, a magnet 12, a coil 13, and the 2nd yoke 14. Springs 15a and 15b are extended between a rod 16 projecting from the carrier 9 and the tips of the links 8a and 8b, to cancel the horizontal movement component of force applied to the arm base 7 by the gravity. The carrier 9 has parallel long-sized holes, wherein shafts 17a and 17b are fitted slidably, so that the carrier 9 moves horizontally by the 2nd driving mechanism Q. |
