PURPOSE:The slurry of laver and water is intermittently fed by overflowing it on the surfaces of continuously moving sheet-making screens and the water and the air are continuously sucked from the back surface of the screens, thus making laver sheets on screens. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of laver and water as a raw material is fed from the pipe 18 into the tank 3 and overflown from the part 4. Thus the mixed slurry is intermittently fed from the window on the screen surface 10 and the water and the air are sucked by the device from the back surface of the screen. Thus, laver sheets are made on the continuously moving screen 10 and the shape of the laver sheet is made square by means of the square laver-sheet making window 7. |
