PURPOSE:To give innumerable changes to noodle strings, and to prevent the heat from accumulating in the noodle strings by rubbing a woodle ball continuously and compressing slowly. CONSTITUTION:Many noodle balls 10 are transferred onto a conveyor 3 and slowly moved. A pressure is then slowly applied to the noodle strip of the noodle balls 10 by protruding ridges 6' on a rubbing roller 6 to give recesses to part of the noodle strings, rubbing continously and slowly compressing the noodle balls 10. |
