PURPOSE:To enhance solar heat abosrptivity and heat resistance, by specifying the absorptivity and the surface roughness of a nickel substrate, in a solar heat absorbing body comprising a selective absorption film of copper oxide formed on a nikel substrate provided at the surface of a base material. CONSTITUTION:A material entirely consisting of nickel or a material comprising a nickel layer formed on a surface of a core material such as a metal is used as a base material, and while using the surface of the base material as a substrate, the selective absorption film of copper oxide is provided thereon to constitute the solar heat absorbing body. In said solar heat absorbing body, the nickel substrate is so formed that the absorptivity thereof is not lower than 0.4 in the visible region, not lower than 0.2 in the near-infrared region and not higher than 0.2 in the infrared region. In addition, the nickel substrate is so treated as to have a surface roughness of 0.1-3mu, as represented by the center line average roughness. Accordingly, solar heat absorptivity can be enhanced, the force of adhesion of the selective absorption film to the substrate can be increased, and durability, heat resistance or the like can be enhanced. |
