PURPOSE:To perform the mass production and the reduction in the cost of a coreless motor by forming a coil element corresponding to the number of segment for a frame with a slide stopping piece and forming a hollow coil unit. CONSTITUTION:A frame 1 is formed of a bobbin 5 and a coil jig 7 having a boss 6. The fig 7 is opposed to the hole end side of the bobbin 5, a rotor shaft 10 is inserted into the bosses 2, 6, a coil is wind in a frame 1 in the state that a slide stopper piece 11 is inserted, thereby forming a hollow coil unit. Then, after the jig 7 is pressed into the bobbin 5, the jig 7 is removed. The cup-shaped coil formed in this manner is shaped by a filling agent, thereby manufacturing a rotor of a coreless motor. |
