PURPOSE:To prevent the deflection of a disk by the pressure of an air stream by providing an air blowing out port or air intake port, a air stream generating means and the airstream passage communicating those on at least one face of a disk outer peripheral part. CONSTITUTION:An airstream is formed with the actuation of the motor fan 10 arranged on the center part of an air blowing out port main body 7 when a disk is rotated by a motor 4. The air flow is rectified by the rectifier plate 11 fitted at the medium of a fan motor 10 and the tip part 5 of the air blowing out port to the inner side of the air blowing out port main body 7, is jetted from the tip part 5 of the air blowing out port approaching the outer peripheral part of the disk 1 and pushes up to the upper part the outer peripheral part on the lower face of the disk 1 of under rotation. It is similarly sucked from the tip part 6 of the air intake port provided by approaching the outer peripheral part on the upper face of the disk 1 and lifted up to the upper part by the negative pressure of the air flow passing a filter 13. The disk 1 can thus be held in the horizontal state.
