PURPOSE:To make scanning movement smoother and higher in speed by acting driving force in roughly the horizontal direction with the positions of the height of the respective centroids of plural optical members as diving points. CONSTITUTION:Wires 50 are extended on both sides of optical members 40, 45, and are extended from the fixed point A on the side where scanning starts through scanning pulleys 51, stationary pulleys 52-55 and pulleys 51 to the fixed point B on the side where the scanning ends. The pulleys 51 are installed in the horizontal direction, and the driving points coincide with the height of the centroid of the member 45. The respective pulleys 51-55 are so disposed as to position the wires 50 horizontally, and the driving points thereof coincide with the height of the centroid of the member 40. When the pulleys 53 are driven forward in the clockwise direction, the members 40, 45 scan and move respectively in the arrow direction at V and V/2 speeds. When the pulleys are riven backward, the members move backward in the reverse direction of the arrow. |
