PURPOSE:To reduce a picture transmission time relatively without transmitting a block being background, by designating only the block being the objective of monitor among plural blocks split a TV screen and transmitting the monitoring block only. CONSTITUTION:In operating a block control circuit 5 as a reception section, the circuit 5 is provided with a function storing horizontal and vertical block address information transmitted from a transmission section, and the function selects a transmission block designation circuit 7 when it is operated as the transmission section with a switching circuit 6 and selects a transmission control circuit 8 when it is operated as the reception section. The circuit 6 is controlled with a system control circuit 13, which controls the transmission/reception of the entire system. When a register circuit 15 reads out a low speed from a picture memory 16 at transmission and performs write as a buffer at the reception. The TV screen is split into plural number of blocks, only the block being the objective of monitor is designated and transmitted, allowing to decrease the picture transmission time relatively. |
