发明名称 ELECTRON GUN STRUCTURE
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the quality of an electron gun while preventing any shift in the relative position after adjustment between an electron beam and a phosphor body, by correcting the orbit of the electron beam while attaching an anisotropic annular magnet to the bead glass of the electron gun. CONSTITUTION:The electrode gun 14 of a color cathode-ray tube is formed with a cathode K and grid electrodes G1-G4, and they are supported on bead glass 121 at the prescribed intervals therebetween, while an anisotropic annular magnet 13 the direction of the easily magnetizable axis of which coincides with the direction of the annular center is attached to the bead glass 121, positioned, and fixed by making use of a convex part 122. And, a magnetic field is applied from the outside of the cathode-ray tube to the magnet 13 to allow it to be magnetized, and the electron beam is corrected such that it is coincident with the phosphor body in their centers of width. Accordingly, it is possible to effectively correct the electron beam as well as to obtain a stable picture image without the deviation of the magnet 13 from the electron gun caused by vibration, etc., applied after the correction because of their integraded configuration.
