PURPOSE:To improve the quality and productivity by providing a lead wire molding member on an external lead wire bending member and by pinching the external lead wire with fixed and movable clamps to pull it so that the lead wire is bent, molded, and electrically connected automatically. CONSTITUTION:A pair of lever 27 of a lead wire molding member 11 is rotatably pivoted on a shaft 13 fixed to a mobile stand 3. A movable clamp 12 is fixed to the tip of the lever 27 so that an external lead wire 23 is pinched between the movable clamp 12 and a fixed clamp 28 fixed to the mobile stand 3. In addition, a lever 26 is rotably pivoted by means of a shaft 20 on the upper end of a bearing mount 19 fixed to the mobile stand 3 of a lead wire bending member 18, and a lead wire guard 25 is fixed to the tip of the lever 26. Accordingly, the external lead wire can be bent, molded and electrically connected automatically without relying on manual works, and the quality and productivity can be improved. |
