In an unsupported head micro-telephone there is a first part 1 which is applied to the ear conch M of the user's ear. The head micro-telephone also comprises a second part connected to the first part, which second part is applied in contact with or close to the auditory canal G of the ear and carries an earphone HT. The said first part extends from the second part essentially straight upwards and changes to a part that is curved backward and downward at the front/upper attachment of the ear conch M. The said part that is curved backward/downward will thereby extend under the ear conch so that it is contact with the bone H located behind the ear. The said curved part has a lower part 1c that is arranged along essentially the same vertical line 3 as the central part 2a of the second part. The microphone support on the head micro-telephone is placed at the said lower end and extends forward towards the user's mouth.
