PURPOSE:To decrease the manufacturing man-power, by fitting continuous electrodes and electrode leads to lengthwise ridges of a piezoelectric substrate having a specified finished cross section and cutting off the electrodes and the leads into a prescribed width. CONSTITUTION:The piezoelectric substrate 6 is formed into a long board having a specified cross section and the electrodes 2, 2' are vapor-deposited. To a pair of ridges 3, 3' opposed with each other toward the lengthwise direction of the substrate 6 finished of the vapor deposition of the electrodes, the electrode leads 5, 5' being the same length are inserted and bonded with the electrodes 2, 2' with an adhesives and are connected electrically. Thus, a number of oscillators are manufactured with a little man-power by cutting off the electrodes and the leads into a prescribed width. |
