PURPOSE:To make uniform a combustion temperature of an incinerator and to prevent the excessive drying of a waste and the occurrence of a firing, by a method wherein an exhaust temperature at an outlet of a dryer and a water content of a dried waste at the outlet of the dryer are detected to control a quantity of water to be poured to the dryer. CONSTITUTION:In case a detecting temperature, detected by an exhaust gas temperature detecting means 17 in an exhaust duct 6b at an outlet of a dryer 5, is high and a water content of a waste detected by a moisture detecting means 18 on a feed conveyor 7d at an inlet of an incinerator 1 is low, a waste is excessively dried in the dryer 5 to cause a firing. Thus, a spary regulating valve 19b is opened by a means 20 for controlling a quantity of implanted water to implant water into the dryer 5 through an implanting nozzle 19c. This causes uniformalizing of water content in a waste charged in the incinerator 1 through a feed conveyor 7d, and also approximately making uniform a combustion temperature in the incinerator 1. |
