PURPOSE:To easily further promptly perform release action with one time operation, by releasably and collectably storing a lifeboat onto a pair of slides tilted toward the surface of water on a deck and holding a downward tilting attitude at a storage position. While the bottom end of each frame mast 8 of a portal crane 7 is supported by a pivot 9 to a pair of brackets 6 fixedly provided to the part K of the deck D, and a hanging pulley 11 is suspended to an upper beam 10 of said crane 7.
