PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of the titled transducer, by laminating plural piezoelectric bodies which are formed by providing a pair of through-holes to a plate type piezoelectric body having electrodes on both sides and elliminating the electrode around the through-holes on a diagonal line. CONSTITUTION:An electrode surface 2 is provided on both sides of a plate type piezoelectric body 1 respectively, and through-holes 3 are drilled from one side through the other side. A non-electrode part 4 where the electrode is elliminated in circular forms around the holes 3, i.e., on the surface side with a hole 3 and on the rear side with the other hole 3 respectively. Plural units of such matters 1 are put on each other and adhered together so that the parts 4 overlap each other. Then the matter 1 is adhered to a support stage 6 and pins 7. The pins 7 functions as electrodes. As a result, the electrode can be easily pulled out in the case of a multi-layer construction. Furthermore the positioning is facilitated for overlap of layers. |
