PURPOSE:To simplify the sequence of a sensor for a set value control system, by shifting the control executing action to a slave station device and performing automatically a comparing operation with the slave station device to give monitor to the sensor. CONSTITUTION:The set value data is compared with measured value data at a comparison processing part 8 of a slave station 1 after a master station performed scan and measurement. When the coincidence is obtained from this comparison, a reset signal is delivered to a set data converting part 6 from a control output part 5 to release the output to a sensor 7. Thus the sensor 7 stops the data at that time point. At the same time, the part 8 delivers a reset output through a monitor output part 5 to stop the data via the part 6 and the sensor 7 in response to the time-up of a monitor timer and in case the meausred value given from the sensor 7 does not reach the set level. |
