PURPOSE:To prevent vibration of a lifting device when a cab is placed in a normal attitude at running operation, by improving construction of a supporter pivotally supporting a piston rod to the cab in the lifting device of the cab for an automobile of cabover type. CONSTITUTION:In a forward tiltable cab through a piston rod 5 by operation of an oil hydraulic actuator 4, a supporter 3, in which a point end of the rod 5 is pivotally supported to the cab 1, is constituted by a main unit 3j, holders 3a and 3d and rocking member 3b. An internal spherical surface 3e common with a point 3h as the center is formed to the pair of holders 3a, 3d fixedly provided to the unit 3j, and the semispherical rocking member 3b consisting of an external spherical surface 3i is rockably held by said surface 3e. Then the rod 5 slidably fitted to a hole 3c drilled to said member 3b is formed by providing an adaptor member 5a in which a back face 5b is formed to an external spherical surface in a slidable state to the surface 3e. |
