PURPOSE:To exactly mix and inject a grout into all surrounding ground without turning an injection tube by a method in which grout components in a double tube are directed to a mixing chamber through a spiral flow path and mixed there, and the grout is jetted from a slit-shaped jet nozzle. CONSTITUTION:While the ground is excavated by a bit 6, an injection tube 1 is set underground, a valve 14 is set to a valve seat 7, and the lower end of the inner tube 3 is closed. Also, the injection tube is pulled up while sending under pressure grouts from the flow paths 2' and 3' of the inner tube 2 and the outer tube 3. By this, the grout in the inner tube 3 enters from the lower end side into the other tube flow path 2' and then goes into a mixing chamber 13 while being swirled. On the other hand, the grout in the outer tube 2 enters through spiral path 11 into the mixing chamber 13 while being swirled. Both grouts are mixed there while being swirled and jetted from a slit-shaped jet nozzle 9 toward all surrounding directions. |
