<p>Appts. for sinking wells into the ground incorporates a percussion unit with a tail piece having a ring. A resilient member is contained in the clearance formed between the ring and the tailpiece. Passages in the resilient member receive the ends of a rope. Stops are provided on the inside surface of the tail piece and have passages for receiving the ropes. The appts. is simple, is easily taken apart, and has a service life amounting to 500-600 running hours.</p> |
