<p>The collapsible room or tent for the roof of a vehicle comprises a mounting frame, forming a gallery around the roof, which supports the base of the room. The frame may consist of U-shaped channels which receive rollers attached to the base of the room or alternatively, the base of the room may be attached to the mounting frame about a central pivot. The arrangement allows the room to move w.r.t. the roof to reveal an access hatch in the base of the room thereby avoiding the need to cut an access hatch in the vehicle roof.</p> |
