The tooth protector for sports players comprises a profiled part which fits over the upper jaw to protect against blows. An inner softer plastics layer is formed directly on a mould of the upper jaw of the user. An outer, harder plastics layer is fitted over and joined to the softer layer. A reinforcement layer, which at least covers the two front teeth in the top jaw, is fitted between the inner and outer layers. |
