PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for the alignment of a polarizing surface, and to miniaturize and lighten the device by respectively providing the beginning ends of a plurality of laser tubes communicated with total reflection mirrors; terminal ends with output coupling mirrors, and return connecting sections with return reflecting mirrors, and constituting a plurality of the laser tubes in an integral structure. CONSTITUTION:The laser tubes 1, 1' are formed in integral structure together with a common external pipe 7, the external tube 7 is used as a jacket for cooling water on a CO2 laser, and outlet and inlet 8, 8' for cooling water are formed. The total reflection mirror 2' and the output coupling mirror 2 are each fitted at one ends of the laser pipes 1, 1', and the other ends are joined with a connecting section 6. The return reflecting mirrors 3, 3' are fitted to the connecting section 6, the output coupling mirror 2, the return reflecting mirrors 3, 3' and the main reflecting mirror 2' constitute a resonator, and laser output lights 5 are transmitted through the optical axis 4. |
