The linkage for the reinforcing frameworks (2) of prefabricated building panels comprises a U-shaped member (3) made up of an elongate metallic hoop which is folded at its centre. The member is hooked over one of the reinforcing frameworks so that its ends extend above and below the reinforcing framework of an adjacent panel. A wedge (6) passes through the ends of the member so that its serrated inclined edge bears onto the reinforcing framework and holds the assembly rigid.
