<p>The handling, discharge and metering feed is for bulk material in a primary receptacle (9) with a feed for material moving and mounted rigidly to a pivoted tray (4) and tilting container (1). The container rear face presses on the primary receptacle. The container output hole coincides with the entry to the primary receptacle. The initial positions of this are such that, when the tray tilts, it produces a flow of products by gravity, and the moving system is in good position for operating.
