PURPOSE:To increase a welding speed and obtain a pretty finish, by using the welder in which a tubular object is provided at the tip of a gas nozzle, a trowel blade shutting up the tip of said tubular object is attached, the flame erupting holes are opened at the upper and under parts of said tubular object and a roller inverting a welding cord from an upside to a downside is provided under the under part erupting hole. CONSTITUTION:Vinyl sheets 10 are pasted to a floor 9 in parallel. The blade tip of a trowel blade 26 is inserted in a joint 12 between the vinyl sheets 10, 10 and a push-in guide roll 39 is moved, being contacted to a sheet face, along the joint. Both sides of the joint 12 are softened, because the trowel blade is heated at a high temperature, a welding cord 14 is softened by the flame 43 erupting from an under part flame erupting hole 30b and inverted from an upside to a downside by the rotation of the push-in guide roll 39 and pushed in into the joint 12. After a welded part 16 is cooled, the welded part 16 protruding from the sheet face is shaved off. By this, a pretty welded part can be obtained with a good operating efficiency. |
