PURPOSE:To indicate an input signal from a low to high frequency on a display as easy to observe waveform by indicating a waveform on an LCD display with a CCD controlled by a clock. CONSTITUTION:A memory 14 for memorizing waveforms is provided to indicate a waveform on an LCD while a CCD12 and a clock controlling circuit 15 for controlling it are provided. A signal amplified with a preamplifier 11 is sent to the CCD12. The input signal is read into the CCD12 using a clock control signal fed from the clock control circuit as sampling signal. Here, the control circuit section 15 feeds the sampling signal to the CCD12 with a CPU18 receiving a command for reading in or reading out. Synchronizing with the control signal of the circuit 15, the signal is converted with an A/D converter 13 and fed to a memory 14. The digital signal thus converted is memorized to the memory 14 with the determination of an address therefor by the clock control signal emitted from the control section 15 at the reading in thereof. The digital signal thus memorized is controlled or computed with the CPU18 at the reading out thereof and transmitted to an LCD controller driver 16 to display a waveform on an LCD panel 17. |
