PURPOSE:To make it possible to measure the configuration of a material to be measured on the same circumference readily and continuously, by making it possible to rotate a Z shaft freely in the rotary and vertical direction on the circumference, which has a radius R that is varied from a vertical shaft provided so that it is aligned with the central line of the material to be measured or a reference line. CONSTITUTION:An attachment 9 is fixed to a table 4 of the three dimensional coordinate measuring machine. Then the attachment 9 is inserted into a shaft hole 2 of the material to be measured 1. Therefore, the vertical shaft 11 is screwed into the material to be measured 1, and it is fixed and set between the attachment 9 and the vertical shaft 11. Then the Z shaft 3 is moved so that the size from the center of the material to be measured 1 to the circumference to be measured becomes the desired R. At this position, a bearing 12 and an arm 13 are fixed. In this constitution, the Z shaft 3 can be rotated on the circumference having the radius R from the center of the vertical shaft 12 and also moved up and down along the configuration of the material to be measured 1. Therefore, the configuration on the same circumference can be measured simply by reading the value of the movement. |
