PURPOSE:To reduce the vibration of discs, by overlapping discs via a spacer having an outer circumference tilted to the center shaft of a spindle. CONSTITUTION:The discs 1 are overlapped with the spacers 10, 11 having the outer circumference tilted by about 60 deg. to the discs 1 and tightened with a clamp 4 and a screw 5. Since the air flow is not turbulent up to 20rpm of number of revolutions, the vibration of the spindle 12 at the start of rotation is less and also the vibration at the steady state of 3,000-3,600rpm is less. |
