PURPOSE:To obtain a flat information recording carrier by forming a cured resin layer having an uneven structure on one side of a plastic substrate and by coating the other side with a cured resin layer. CONSTITUTION:A cured resin layer having an uneven structure is formed on one side of a plastic substrate, and the other side is also coated with a cured resin layer to obtain an information recording carrier. The plastic substrate is made of polycarbonate, polystyrene, polymethyl methacrylate, polyvinyl chloride or the like. Curable lacquer is preferably used in the formation of the cured resin layers. The curable lacquer is lacquer which is cured with heat or energy beams such as infrared rays, gamma-rays, electron beams or ultraviolet rays, and ultraviolet- curing lacquer is used in general. |
