Utilization of the synthesis, at low temperature, of geopolymer silico-aluminates of the Poly(sialate) and Poly(sialate-siloxo) equivalent to the natural zeolitic and feldspathoid minerals for enamelled decoration by monofiring. The application of enamel is effected on a geopolymerized ceramic at a temperature lower than 500<o>C, in general lower than 150<o>C. To manufacture enamelled ceramic tiles, a semidry ceramic paste is prepared which contains free alkaline reactives or precondensate silico-aluminate reactives of geopolymerization, the method comprising the pressing of the tiles, the stoving of said tiles in piles at a temperature lower than 150<o>C, and applying the enamel on said geopolymerized tiles, and effecting the ceramic firing using the monofiring process at 1050-1200<o>C, preferably in fast kilns.
