<p>A coupling arrangement comprises a first coupling part (1) and a second coupling part (2) which can be connected to and disconnected from the first coupling part. The first coupling part houses a longitudinally displaceable valve (4), and a sealing device (10, 19, 20) prevents medium from leaking between the valve and the first and second coupling parts. Between opposing surfaces (4f and 1e respectively) on the outer surface of the valve and an inner wall in the first coupling part there is a first sealing elment (19, 20). The first sealing element prevents the medium pressure from reaching a surface area (4e') which, viewed in a radial direction, is located outside the opposing surfaces (4f, 1e) and is situated on the valve or adjoining the valve. In this way, the medium pressure is prevented from acting on the surface area and occasioning a force (F) which is directed counter to a lifting force (F') on the valve.</p> |
