Aerodynamically supported aircraft, driven by a pushrod, as a toy and sporting appliance

A person who is moving or being moved pushes the aircraft in front of him by means of a rod or merely holds it in the wind. The draught formed or existing relative to the aircraft supports the latter. The stabilization of the flying height desired in each case is achieved by means of this rod and longitudinal force transmitters located on or in the latter (Figures 2 and 3). The stabilization of the turning bank recommended in each case is likewise achieved by means of longitudinal force-transmitting auxiliary means along the rod.
