<p>In order to rationalize the preparation of orders of elongate goods (23) warehoused on pallets (22) according to their sizes and/or profiles, a rolling crane (31) is arranged on a longitudinal side of the storage vehicle by means of which the pallets may be removed from the shelvings; on one hand, the boom (311) of the storage vehicle carries a transverse beam (41) which may be displaced in the forward running direction of the crane (31) and carrying at least two synchronized jaws (46, 46') for lifting and lowering materials and, on the other hand, a transverse beam (61) which supports a cuantilever arm (631) which is vertically movable and faces the jaws (46, 46') for the goods seized by said jaws. The materials to be removed are taken by the jaws (46, 46') from the pallets (22) advanced to an unloading position and are transferred to the arm (631). The batches (23'') thus formed are circled and warehoused, while waiting for their transport.</p> |
