A rock-stabilising cartridge having two separate chambers is filled with two different adhesive mixtures reacting with one another and is placed as such in the bore hole. The dividing wall between both chambers is designed to be longitudinally displaceable and has a mixing head at the end located in the cartridge. The side edges of the dividing wall close openings which are left in the wall of the cartridge and through which the adhesive intensively blended by the mixing head can flow or gush out of the cartridge when the dividing wall is pulled out. The adhesive flows or gushes into the intermediate space between cartridge and bore-hole wall or even into existing cleats in the surrounding rock. <IMAGE>
