<p>1,4-dihydropyridine-3,5-dicarbonic acid esters which are substituted on the pyridine ring, in a position next to the nitrogen by a cyan group and in a position opposite to the nitrogen atom by a condensated cyclic system containing at least two different heteroatoms and at least one aromatic ring, in particular the compounds having the formula I, are calcium antagonists. They may be used as drugs. The are obtained by cyanuration or N-substitution.</p> |
