In a labelling device for EDP systems with a cycle-by-cycle paper advance and a labelling device, a roller controlled by the EDP system, which is also used as writing support, is provided for the paper advance. The drive for the roller, a suction roller and the labelling device is controlled by control electronics connected to the EDP system.
