PURPOSE:To maintain high productivity, by designating a corresponding operation program by replacing a pallet of a work adequately and rapidly, whose arrangements for another processing has been completed, with an installing position of the pallet of an automatic processing device quickly, in the title device for a welding robot and the like. CONSTITUTION:A pallet 7 mounted with works W1-W6 for arrangements of another processing runs along a guide rail 10a held by a pallet carrier 8 and stops at a notched part 10e. When the works are not detected by work detectors 61 and 62 the pallet 7 is run again, otherwise the pallet 7 is stopped, combination of discriminating dogs 33-35 installed on a carrier 8 is read out, a bridge 13 is built by a cylinder 65, the pallet 7 is moved on a positioning table 12 by a loader 14 for mounting, and an operation program corresponding to the combination is carried out by a welding robot system 1. Then, the bridge 13 is rebuilt upon completion of welding operation, retaken up to the carrier 8 by the loader 14 and travels to a predetermined position. |
