<p>Seat harness comprising: - a seat (2) proper having substantially the shape of an isosceles trapezium, the large base (3) of which partially grips the waist of the user, and the small base (13) of which is applied underneath the thigh muscles; - at least one chest strap (6) fastened at one of the corners (4) of the large base; - two crotch straps, respectively a left (14) and a right (15), fastened at each of the corners of the small base (13); - means (8, 9) for locking and adjusting the chest and crotch straps, which means are arranged at the corners of the large base of the seat.
