NEW MATERIAL:A 1,3-trizole derivative shown by the formulaI(A is protecting group; B is phenylalanine, arginine, leucine, or lysine). EXAMPLE:A compound shown by the formula II (Tos is tosyl). USE:A fluorescent substrate for chymotrypsin, trypsin, leucine aminopeptidase, etc. Having enzymatic activity, excitable in a wavelength part longer than naphthylamine and coumarin, providing a constant fluorescent intensity not only in about neutrality but also in weak acidity, being expected usable in a wide range, expected to measure an amount of enzyme in the blood. PROCESS:7-Amino-4-nitrobenzo-2,1,3-oxadiazole shown by the formula III is reacted with a compound of A.B.X (X is halogen) such as tosylphenylalanine chloride, etc. in a solvent at low temperature, to give a compound shown by the formulaI.
