PURPOSE:To detect quickly and easily clogging of a pipette and to improve the maintenance of reliability of data in biochemical automatic analysis, by constituting so as to confirm the weighing quantity of a liquid of the pipette by detecting height of the liquid surface and comparing the data of the height of the liquid surface with descent quantity of the pipette descending automatically. CONSTITUTION:A confirmation control apparatus for weighing quantity of liquid is constituted by a deep-bottomed vessel 1 having a slender diameter, a pipette P sucking and weighing a liquid 2 such as material to be inspected or a reagent stored in the vessel 1, a pipette descent control device 4 attached to a pipette holder 3 holding the pipette P, a liquid surface detection device 5 provided near the vessel 1 and a recording device CPU which compares descent quantity of the pipette P with the height of the liquid surface confirmed by the device 5. The pipette P is formed with a nonmetal such as glass etc. and the holder 3 is so constituted that the holder is guided to move upwards and upwards by a driving device 7 consisting of a pulse motor or a servomotor, etc. |
