PURPOSE:To perform measurement and estabilishment automatically and to improve the efficiency of decision by converting the inclination of a coil to be tested into the number of rasters of a television monitor displaying the image of the coil to detect the inclination. CONSTITUTION:The monitor 1 displays the image of the coil 1 to be tested. A black level detector 10 detects the black level part of a video signal and a turn detecting circuit 27 outputs a turn detecting signal by a black level signal BL. Counters 41, 48 in raster counting circuits 36, 37 count up the number of horizontal synchronizing signals (number of rasters). At the output of the initial turn detecting signal, the counter 41 stops (the counted value is x). The counter 42 counts up the number of inputs of the turn detecting signal, and when the counted value reaches the setting value of a setter 44 for the total number of times of coil turning, the counter 48 stops (x+alpha). When the value of alpha obtained by a subtractor 52 exceeds the set point, a comparator 54 decides that the inclination of the coil 1 includes the standard range. |
