摘要 PURPOSE:To ensure the safety during running by closing a throttle valve by use of a return spring force when an abnormality occurs in the control system in a device controlling the throttle valve aperture by means of a pulse motor controlled by a control unit. CONSTITUTION:When a key switch is turned on, a control unit 21 outputs totally close signals temporarily to valve aperture controlling pulse motors 6, 16 of a choke valve 2 and throttle valve 3 respectively. Thereby, both valves 2, 3 are fully closed, and when home position switches 22, 23 are turned on, the control unit 21 outputs the valve aperture signals P, Q for the valves 2, 3 in accordance with the input quantity, such as the engine rotating speed, engine temperature and feed fuel quantity. When an abnormality occurs in the control system and is detected, a clutch 14 provided at the output side of a pulse motor 16 is released by the control unit 21. Accordingly, a throttle interlocked lever 19 is rotated by a return spring 32, thus closing the throttle valve 3.
