摘要 |
PURPOSE:To decrease a loss of Raman light and to improve detection sensitivity of a trace quantity sample, by separating a light passage of a laser beam irradiating to the sample from the light passage of the laser beam radiated from the sample and caught by an object lens and making the Raman light incident directly from the object lens to a spectrophotometer. CONSTITUTION:A laser beam 1 is passed through a lens 2 and is condensed and irradiated to a sample 10 by capacitor lenses 8, 9 reflecting by a reflex mirror 7. Raman light radiated from the sample 10 by the irradiation of a laser beam 2 is made incident to a spectrophotometer 15 through lenses 12-14 and is detected. A Rayleigh light 4 made incident to the spectrophotometer 15 is weakened and the rate lowering the detection accuracy as a stray light is deereased sharply because the most intensive part of the Rayleigh scattering light in 0 deg. or 180 deg. direction is radiated to the outside from the opening part of the lens 12 for the incidence direction of the laser beam 2. |
