PURPOSE:To compensate the volatility of an arrival traffic signal piece, by storing the traffic signal chip reached during a failure period, disconnecting a trunk at the recovery, transmitting the stored signal piece and succeeding the signal piece reached newly to the stored signal piece. CONSTITUTION:When the consecutive train of a traffic signal piece reached on a transmission trunk (t) in following to the operating state of an objective on- line device via an objective on-line device operating state informing line (d) and at a failure (stop), is recorded via a recording input line Rx, stored internally and reproduced on the trunk (t) via a reproducing output line Tx at the normal state afterward, a disconnecting device C provided for the (t) is driven via a disconnection control line (s) to divide the transmission trunk (t) into t1 and t2, the consecutive train of the traffic signal piece newly arrived at the t1 is connected to the tail of the traffic signal piece arrived already during reproduction at present, for the preservation of the time series performance of the signals, allowing to prevent crosstalk of the preceding and succeeding arrival traffic signal pieces on the trunk (t). |
