PURPOSE:To set a voltage level of an input section arbitrarily, by combining PMOS and NMOS transistors (TRs) for the input section suitably. CONSTITUTION:In the 1st input set circuit, when the number of PMOS TRs connected in parallel is increased, the threshold level is increased a little and when the number of NMOS TRs connected in series is increased, the threshold level is increased largely. In the 2nd input set circuit 1, when the number of the PMOS TRs connected in series is increased, the threshold level is decreased largely and when the number of the NMOS TRs connected in parallel is increased, the threshold level is decreased a little. Thus, the threshold level is set to a desired value, by selecting the number of TRs used for the 1st and the 2nd input set circuits 10, 11 suitably. |
