PURPOSE:To enhance relative fluorescent intensity in the fluorescent immunity measurement method and to elevate detection sensitivity, by using a fluorescent polyiodothyronine as a labeled compd. represented by specified formulae. CONSTITUTION:Polyiodothyronine represented by formula (I) or(II) is used as a reagent for fluorescent immunity measurement. In the formula, m, n are 1 or 2; L is alkylene or arylene diamine; R1-R4 are each alkyl, and they may be same or different; X is an anion; p is 1 or 2; and part of the methine chain of said alkylene or arylenediamine residue may be substituted by another divalent atomic group. |
