PURPOSE:To perform tests without the preparation of any test terminal and to shorten test time, by using an existing terminal also as a test terminal and providing the titled circuit with a circuit to specify the test mode. CONSTITUTION:A three-level signal impressed to the 1st terminal to which an alarm coincident signal or the like is to be impressed is detected by a three level value detecting circuit 6. By the signal impressed to the 1st terminal or the 2nd terminal from which an alarm signal generated by the frequency division signal from a frequency dividing circuit is outputted, the output of the three level value detecting circuit 6 is counted by a test mode selecting circuit 10. In accordance with the counted contents of the test mode selecting circuit 10, an internal circuit to be tested is specified.
